Franco Ordine has suggested that AC Milan hierarchy remains divided, which is harming the club’s decision-making processes.
It was reported months ago by Footmercato that there was/is a divide inside the Milan management with disagreements about how to take the club forward. The arrivals of Igli Tare and Massimiliano Allegri were meant to aid this, but the same questions are still being asked.

Santiago Gimenez’s father Christian hinted at some internal differences regarding his son, questioning why Tare publicly said what he did on the day of the Lecce game, then suggesting that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Allegri had to intervene.
‘A poisonous virus’
Ordine has published a critical column for MilanNews in which he outlined why he does not believe Milan are Scudetto candidates and also questioned the lack of an experienced centre-back signing. He then turned his attention to the top of the club.
“The collective consensus continues to point to ‘confusion’ at the corporate level because Milan continues to endorse the shared responsibility operating format, which does not support a single bloc; rather, it reiterates the criticism of division into multiple sides,” he said.
“Just reread the words of Gimenez’s father, who took issue with Tare over the announcement of a possible swap just minutes before Lecce-Milan and confidently reported, ‘Ibrahimovic intervened on Monday…’
“I’m convinced that allowing this scenario to pass is not only an internal error, but also an external one, and that the most negative results occurred during the period of Berlusconi’s Milan’s division into two factions.

As a father you should shut up and advise your son that time is up. Find a new club. It is not only Tare and Allegrio but since he stepped in that he was a mistake and is proven to be such. Club is bigger then player so just move on. Life is not fair
