GdS: Over 50k expected at Milan-Empoli – the Rossoneri have a 1,000,000 target

The AC Milan fans are beginning to believe in the Scudetto dream and the club are hoping for a packed stadium between now and the end of the season, starting with Saturday’s game against Empoli.

According to what is being reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), another full house is expected at San Siro (with the 75% capacity limit) for the visit of Empoli this weekend which means over 50,000 fans would be present at the stadium.

When taking into account all the competitions (Serie A, Champions League and the Coppa Italia), so far there have been about 730,000 total admissions at San Siro which means that they will move close to 800,000 on Saturday.

The four remaining matches to be played at home after that should bring the final balance to 1,000,000 total admissions for the campaign overall, a landmark number that really testifies to the growing belief in what the club are doing.
