Paper Talk: AC Milan keeping tabs on Cuadrado; in pole for Aubameyang?

By Isak Möller -

In today’s Italian papers, reports suggest that AC Milan could become Auabameyang’s only suitors, while the Rossoneri remain interested in Juventus’ Juan Cuadrado.

La Gazzetta Dello Sport

After Fiorentina rejected Milan’s approach for Kalinic, the San Siro side have started to look at other options, with Aubameyang being of them. However, Chinese side Tianjin Quanjian, led by Fabio Cannavaro, have offered a mega salary to the Gabonese striker. Despite that, Aubameyang remains uncertain on moving to China, and if the deal isn’t closed before July 15 (Chinese transfer market closes), then AC Milan would be in pole for the player.

Yesterday, 5000 fans attended Milan’s training session at Milanello. That hasn’t happened since the signing of Ronaldinho in 2008  and after the Scudetto in 2011.

Andre Conti will arrive in Milan today to complete his move to AC Milan. He will sign a five-year contract with the Rossoneri, worth €2m per year. The deal was closed at €24m plus Matteo Pessina. Official announcement expected on Friday.

Lapadula is still Genoa’s primary target for the attack, but Milan are asking for €18m.

Il Giornale

AC Milan are constantly monitoring the situations of Kalinic and Biglia, but the problem is they need to find agreements with Fiorentina and Lazio, who are not budging on their asking prices.

Tuttosport

AC Milan are interested in Juventus’ Juan Cuadrado, who’s future with the old lady remains uncertain. Montella trained Cuadrado while he was at Fiorentina, which is why he is keen on bringing him in.

Corriere Della Sera

The future of Juraj Kucka will not be in a Milan shirt. The Slovakian midfielder is set to join Trabzonspor and the clubs have already agreed on the transfer, with Milan receiving €6m.
