Milan’s Croatian midfielder, Mario Pasalic, was interviewed by the Italian newspaper Il Giorno, where he was asked about his future at the San Siro.
“Montella’s words are very pleasing. You can tell he has a great future ahead of him just by how he speaks to the players. I’m very happy here at Milan, but I do not know what the future holds.”
Pasalic has managed to find the back of the net five times this season, including a late winner against Bologna, whom the Rossoneri will face tomorrow. The player has already expressed his desire to stay at Milan, but at the same time, he knows Chelsea might want him back for next season.
“At Chelsea, there are great players and it’s more difficult. My dream? I’ve already achieved it. I played, scored and won a derby with my Hajduk against Dinamo. Then, of course, I would also like to win a Champions League and the European championships or the World Cup.”
