Alexandre Pato is happy with AC Milan’s decision to hire Massimiliano Allegri, but doesn’t know if he will be able to win immediately.
After rumours intensified very quickly over the two days prior, Milan announced on Friday that Allegri will be back for a second spell at the club. He takes over from Sergio Conceicao as the head coach, with the Portuguese having lasted just five months before departing.

Pato spoke on Sky spoke about Allegri’s return to Milan. The Brazilian knows him well, having played for three seasons under the coach and being crowned a Scudetto winner in 2010-11.
“I’ve always had a good relationship with him. He’s a good coach, he’s a winner. The fact that he’s back at Milan can give you hope of winning again right away, but we know that Inter is strong and there’s also Napoli,” he said (via MN24).
“There’s a lot of work to do, but the club is trying to bring Milan back to the top. As a Milan fan, I hope that Milan can have a great season.”
Juventus fans celebrated his sack like they won the World Cup. I guess it’s better than Zorro or Conceicao. If the coach doesn’t fight with the captain it’s already an improvement.
