Strahinja Pavlovic couldn’t hold back his smile when asked about whether Dusan Vlahovic would be a good signing for AC Milan.
Of all the summer striker targets that have been linked with Milan, Vlahovic’s name has come up the most. Gianluca Di Marzio gave an update last night confirming that the Rossoneri are poised and ready to strike if he does not renew with Juventus, which appears to be a fading hypothesis.

In addition to speaking to Tuttosport in an interview published in this morning’s edition of the paper, Pavlovic also spoke with SportMediaset. One of the questions he was asked concerned the idea of playing alongside Vlahovic at club level.
“I hear from Dusan very often, he’s a number one when he’s in form (laughs). I like him a lot, it would be great to play with him,” he said.
On Massimiliano Allegri, the centre-back added: “I’ve improved a lot with him defensively and tactically in general. His future? He’s very important; we’ve all grown this year. I think we have the opportunity to improve even more.”
Finally, Pavlovic spoke about his future at Milan “I think I want to stay at Milan for a long time. I like the city and the atmosphere, as well as our supporters. I’m very happy here and I want to win with Milan.
“Singing the chant with the fans at the end of the match? It happened when I was at Partizan too. We need to be united with our fans.”
