AC Milan have asked the entourage of Adrien Rabiot to keep them in the loop, according to a report, amid interest from Serie A rival Napoli.
As things stand, Milan’s midfield department is considered complete by Max Allegri and the management. However, in the event of a departure, they would have to assess the options on the mercato once again.

Yunus Musah is the most likely exit as things stand, with Atalanta interested in his services, and Rabiot is one of a few players that the Rossoneri are eyeing. They are facing competition from the Serie A rival Napoli, though.
Milan make Rabiot request
According to Alfredo Pedulla in his latest article for Football Italia, Napoli have made direct contact with Rabiot’s agent (also his mother) to enquire about the situation. Above all, they wanted to find out more about the midfielder’s salary.

In the meantime, Milan have asked to be ‘kept in the loop’ by Rabiot’s agent as they might need to sign a midfielder. Of course, everything hinges on a departure and the Rossoneri will surely evaluate other targets too if that were to happen.
The report concludes by saying that some Turkish clubs are keeping an eye on the situation as well, so it’s not just Milan and Napoli eyeing the Frenchman.

That is why Musah might be sold. 15M for Rabiot seems like another bargain and Milan can’t pass on one.
He still wants 6mil a season.
bro is a drama queen we don’t need him
Still 100x more useful than Musah ever will be.
Wherever this person came, there were always problems with him. If Theo left because of his influence on the atmosphere in the dressing room, it makes no sense to take another player who destroys the team. He has undeniable qualities, but I absolutly wouldn’t take him.
I prefer Musah to this guy. I never liked Rabiot. Lack of character. And now he’s 30 years old.
Yes please, Rabiot, Modric, Liftus Cheak. Super sub: Jashari, Ricci, Fofana. Every opponent must be thinking how to beat them all.
Swapping Musah for Rabiot would be a bit short-term upgrade IMO (I think Musah has great potential but he won’t realise it in his current situation) and he’s a top player, but I think it’d be very risky to bump Jashari another place down the pecking order after all the effort and expense to acquire him.
I can’t we’re even linked to this guy. He’s crap even the low level Premier League teams won’t sign him even though they can afford too. This is why Prem keeps on getting higher whilst Serie A perishes. As the game is getting faster we want to team up slow Rabiot with 40 year old Modric by a manager who plays the most boring, uninspiring anti-football and the Milan supporters are happy for this. This os why we’re in the position we’re at.
Rabiot after his antics of fighting with his team mate shouldn’t be considered. He will distabalise the dressing room. However it is a good market opportunity to bring a proper player with good Serie a experience. Maybe direct exchange for bennacer?
Straight swap Benni + Adli for Rabiot would be perfect.
Musah can go to Atalanta.
Sell Chuck since we have plenty who can play as RW & LW : Puli, Saele, Jimenez, Leao, Estupinan.
Hopefully Boniface pass the medical.
Terminate Origi’s contract.
Add another world class CB.
And we are complete, let’s see until December if there are still gaps then we can shop in the winter transfer window.
“I think we all have enough experience to say we have never seen anything like it in a dressing room … Even in the worst punch-ups there are rules,” Longoria said. “Not in this case.”
Yes, this is the guy we should go for 😂
