Carlo Pellegatti has expressed his bafflement regarding the words from Massimiliano Allegri’s agent on Ardon Jashari.
As a reminder in case you missed it, Allegri’s representative – Giovanni Branchini – gave an interview to Sky in which he was asked about the latest on the transfer front, more specifically the Jashari situation.

“I don’t think Allegri will resign if Jashari doesn’t come to Milan. He’s an interesting player that Milan is trying to acquire with significant offers. Max has no fears about completing the squad,” he said.
“He was proposed and passed the test. He’s an interesting player, but not the eleventh player needed to be able to play. I’m not even so sure that everyone within the club is so in agreement with this operation. The offer is very serious.”
‘I don’t understand anything anymore’
Now, Pellegatti has shared his thoughts on the words from Branchini, claiming that all they have done is increase the level of confusion regarding the pursuit of the Swiss midfielder.
“I’m missing some details about the negotiations and the Ardon Jashari deal. I’ll start with the statements of Giovanni Branchini, an authoritative figure in the world of football, Massimiliano Allegri’s longtime agent and representative,” he said.
“It’s a statement that leaves me stunned. But Jashari, we’ve been negotiating for two months now… Why did it start? Who wants him?
“Why did we raise the offer to €33.5m plus €2m in easy bonuses and €2.5m more difficult ones? These words leave me completely confused, I don’t understand anything anymore.”

A report from Sky late last night claimed that Jashari will meet with the Club Brugge leadership to once again reiterate his desire to be sold to the Rossoneri. This is despite the fact that offers of €40m and more have come in from other clubs.

What is he confused by? He was obviously pointing to the fact that Allegri isn’t pushing for him and the player isn’t that relevant to him.
Better go for promising youngsters who are not asking exaggerated prices.
Pellegati can’t read or what? His agent is basically saying Jashari isn’t as important to the completion of the team for Max as people think it is. Other targets may suffice. 🤷♂️
Well, I understand what Pellegati is saying. If you read this,
“He was proposed and passed the test. He’s an interesting player, but not the eleventh player needed to be able to play. I’m not even so sure that everyone within the club is so in agreement with this operation. The offer is very serious.”
Basically, Jashari may not be a choice made by Allegri. Possibly Tare?
In any case, the circus has gone too long…
