Pellegatti: Ibrahimovic wants new Milan deal; Rossoneri prioritise signing of two midfielders

By Oliver Fisher -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not ready to end his second spell at Milan just yet, it is claimed, while the club are after two major midfield targets.

According to Carlo Pellegatti’s latest for Calciomercato.com, the calf injury Ibrahimovic has suffered appears not to have swayed his plans regarding the future.

He claims that the Swede had and still has the strong intention to continue his adventure at Milan. In short, he is ready to sign another one-year deal as he does not want to leave a world he loves deeply. Everything will depend on his full recovery and the possible new technical set-up, although Zlatan will probably have to downsize his economic demands.

Meanwhile, Milan are building the team for next season, and in particular they have picked out two names to strengthen the midfield department.

The first one is Dominik Szoboszlai of Red Bull Sazlburg while the other is Benfica midfielder Florentino Luis. Benfica appear inclined to accept a two-year loan with option to buy, Pellegatti adds.
