AC Milan are close to completing yet another sale as Marco Pellegrino is heading to Boca Juniors, according to a report.
Pellegrino spent the last season out on loan in Argentina, first with Independiente and then at Huracan. He did much better with the latter and thus attracted the interest of Boca Juniors, who have been in talks for days.

It was reported by Gianluca Di Marzio yesterday that the Buenos Aires-based club had struck a deal with Milan to sign Pellegrino on a permanent basis, and now further confirmations have arrived.
Pellegrino to Boca: Done deal
The latest from Matteo Moretto is as follows: “Boca Juniors closes negotiations for Marco Pellegrino with Milan. The final price is €3.5m + 20% future sale. Agreement signed between the parties.”
Boca Juniors will participate in the Club World Cup in the United States, which begins next week, so they accelerated the pursuit as a result of that. The mini-transfer window, granted for the club’s taking part in the tournament, will close on Tuesday at midnight CEST.
The 22-year-old departs without ever having much of a chance at Milan, but a return to his homeland seems to be the best thing for his development in the immediate.
