Marco Asensio’s future at Real Madrid is still unknown and AC Milan are watching on, but he has reportedly been ofference a renewal.
Asensio currently has an agreement with Real expiring in 2023, but according to the portal Bernabéu Digital (via MilanNews) the Spanish playmaker received an official proposal to renew back in March but has so far not given any signals either way.
The interest from abroad is not lacking (such as Milan) and the player is not convinced about the playing time he might have next season and beyond, especially if Kylian Mbappé and another reinforcements arrive for the attack this summer.
The offer the renew that remains on the table will expire on 30 June and president Florentino Perez is quite impatient about the situation given that no signal either way has arrived from the player, so there is not even an active negotiation to speak of but rather the player holding a lot of power.
