The first half of Napoli-Milan was filled with tough challenges and the referee Daniele Orsato let a lot of things go. He didn’t ignore Kalidou Koulibaly’s tackle on Olivier Giroud, though.
The Frenchman was left with an open wound on his leg after Koulibaly arrived late with his studs. The Frenchman continued playing despite the big cut and finished the first half. It remains to be seen if he will be there for the second, though.
