AC Milan will take on Inter in the Derby Della Madonnina this evening and it will be the first derby with the fans back at the stadium. In other words, it should be special after what has been a tough time.
There’s no doubt that the Covid-19 pandemic hit Italy hard, especially since it broke out in the northern part of the country early on in Europe. With that in mind, the Curva Sud dedicated a few banners to highlight this.
“For those who battled, and did not make it. For those who fought on the front line to save the country. We pay tribute to all those by dedicating the most important display of the season to them,” the banners read.
