AC Milan defender Diego Laxalt is currently in Turin to undergo a medical ahead of a move to Torino.
Just as it seemed the Uruguayan was set for Atalanta, Gianluca Di Marzio claimed earlier in the week (as cited by MilanNews.it) that Torino had swooped in and that they are closing in on a deal.
He stated that il Toro had struck an agreement with Milan on the basis of a loan with an option to buy.
Torino president Urbano Cairo recently addressed the rumours, telling Sky Italia (via MilanNews) that he couldn’t announce what isn’t yet done.
However, it seems the former Genoa man is now set for a move to the Granata, as the photo below shows him with a Torino shirt on arriving for his medical.
