Photo: “Save our Milan” poster appears in London as pressure mounts on Cardinale

AC Milan fans are continuing their protests against RedBird and Gerry Cardinale, with the main poster even appearing in London.

In the last few weeks, a poster with the text “Liberati il nostro Milan” (free/save our Milan) has been appearing in various cities in Europe and especially in Italy. Most recently, it has been spotted in London, where Cardinale has spent a lot of time lately.

Indeed, rather than going to Milan (although he has been there too), Cardinale has often conducted business meetings in the capital of England. The summit right before the end of the season is one example, after which he went to Milan.

The Milan fans are doing everything they can to send a message to the Milan owner and, ideally, get him to leave. The fact that the poster is appearing outside of Italy says a lot about the dedication, and perhaps Cardinale will walk past it while in London…
