Photos: Milan legends Ancelotti, Kaka, Sheva and more reunite at World Cup draw

Several former AC Milan players were present at the World Cup group stage draw in Washington yesterday, including the likes of Carlo Ancelotti, Andriy Shevchenko and Ricky Kaka.

The draw for the World Cup group stage was heavily anticipated and yesterday, it took place in Washington. For Italy, the outcome was rather positive as they will join Canada, Qatar and Switzerland in Group B should they succeed in the play-offs.

In any case, as published on social media, several Milan legends got to reunite last night as there was a lot of football royalty at the event. Andriy Shevchenko shared a photo of himself, Ancelotti and Kaka, as well as another photo with him, Roberto Baggio and George Weah.

Alexandre Pato was also present at the event, doing some TV work for the Brazilian channel SBT, and he published a photo with Ancelotti afterwards. One can’t help but feel nostalgic when seeing the Milan legends back together, even if a lot of time has now passed.

  1. Nice to see them together but it was the most cringe draw in history. USA shouldn’t be allowed to host anything related to football ever again. It was embarrassing how bad the “jokes” were. FIFA peace prize? I mean the whole things is ridiculous, and why?
