AC Milan maintained their 100% start to the new season by beating Lazio 2-0 at San Siro on Sunday evening.
It was a quality performance from the Rossoneri as they never let Maurizio Sarri’s side catch their breath at all, taking a deserved lead just before the break through Rafael Leao and doubling their advantage through a Zlatan Ibrahimovic tap-in.

That pass from Tonali to Rebic that created the chance for the second goal. Pirloesque. Tonali is growing before our eyes. I think that he and Kessie should be the starting double pivot, even if Bennacer is healthy. Tonali’s potential is sky high and the more he plays the better he will get.
He’s not at the level of Bennacer yet. He is playing well, much better than last season but he still had some bad passes and giveaways. He is a solid player to have coming off the bench and playing when someone needs a rest but Kessie and Bennacer are a better combination.
