AC Milan went into last night’s game knowing they essentially needed to win to keep their slim Champions League last 16 hopes alive but were forced to settle for a 1-1 draw with Porto.

Luis Diaz gave Porto a deserved lead in the first half after Grujic had rather forcefully stolen possession off Bennacer and fed the winger, while in the second half an own-goal from Chancel Mbemba after Kalulu’s shot from a narrow angle secured a first point for the Rossoneri.
