AC Milan got their season off to a good start as they secured three points and a clean sheet away against Sampdoria on Monday night.

Brahim Diaz got the only goal of the game inside the opening stages as he hit a first time shot from a Davide Calabria cut-back that squirmed under the goalkeeper, and it would prove to be the match winner as the Rossoneri’s defence stood firm against a side hell bent on aerial bombardment.
