MN: Pioli waiting to welcome Pobega as he continues to show signs of growth

AC Milan had an eye on Tommaso Pobega during Torino’s game against Inter on Sunday night and they liked what they saw, a report claims.

MilanNews report how Pobega showed the qualities that have been written about him this season such as intensity and rhythm, as he won 6 tackles out of 8 attempted, won 5 aerial duels and he fought for ball after ball, even having a hand in the opening goal by Gleison Bremer.

In terms of positioning and presence on the field, Pobega is showing himself to have grown a lot in his loan experiences with Spezia and Torino. This season in particular he has grown under the guidance of Ivan Juric, who is perfect mentor for his maturation.

The report claims that this summer he will return from his loan and will be integrated into the squad under Stefano Pioli, both because he is a versatile option for the midfield and because he helps the UEFA squad lists as a home-grown player.
