Journalist Carlo Pellegatti has offered some updates on the current status of AC Milan’s market, both in terms of new signings and renewals.
In his latest video on YouTube (via PianetaMilan), Pellegatti revealed that the long-awaited meeting between the Milan management and George Atangana – Franck Kessié’s agent – will not take place today as some outlets have reported, but of course there will be a time for discussions.
Regarding Nikola Vlasic of CSKA Moscow, it seems that he is further away for Milan as a target now. Zenit have presented a cash offer for the Croatian playmaker, and it is making CSKA reflect as they are not in a good economic situations.
Finally, Pellegatti adds that the signing of Kaio Jorge from Santos has practically fallen through. Milan wanted to sign the young Brazilian striker on a free transfer in January or alternatively for a small compensation to the Brazilian club, but Juventus are now ahead in the race. The Rossoneri, therefore, will have to go elsewhere to find a young striker on the market.
