CM: Pobega has convinced Torino after three games – Vagnati has a plan to keep him

Torino are already convinced that they want to make an attempt to keep Tommaso Pobega beyond the end of the season, a report claims.

Pobega returned from his loan at Spezia in the summer and there was some doubt about what the future held for the Italy U21 international. At first it seemed he was destined to be sold for a capital gain, then he seemed certain to stay, and eventually he was sent on loan to Turin to further his development.

According to Calciomercato.com, it didn’t take Tommaso Pobega long to win the trust of Ivan Juric and earn a fixed starting spot in the Torino line-up. Early in the season Pobega has convinced the coach, fans and the management, so much so that their director Davide Vagnati would like to open a negotiation with Milan in order not to lose him at the end of the season.

Vagnati’s goal is to obtain at least the renewal of the player’s loan but this time not a dry loan, as he wants an option to buy inserting as part of the deal. So far Pobega has one goal in three league appearances.
