MN: Predicted Milan XI for Juventus clash – Allegri’s double change at wing-back

Ahead of tomorrow’s game against Juventus, a little has come out about what team AC Milan may field for the clash.

It is not a game with as much importance as it may have had at one stage. Had Milan not beaten Hellas Verona last weekend, things would automatically be different. However, they are eight points away from fifth and have a bit of a cushion.

Now that is not to say that this weekend’s result doesn’t matter. But it is far from do or die like it may have seemed at one stage if the recent form had continued.

Allegri makes two changes

For the team, as MilanNews reports, there will be very little change. At the back, Mike Maignan will start in goal, whilst Fikayo Tomori, Matteo Gabbia and Strahinja Pavlovic retain their spots at the back.

It is pretty similar in midfield, where the trio will remain untouched. So, Youssouf Fofana, Luka Modric and Adrien Rabiot will start. However, both wing-backs seem likely to change. Alexis Saelemaekers will return to the team, which was expected. Then, Pervis Estupinan is likely to be selected over Davide Bartesaghi.

Whilst the front two could be changed, Massimiliano Allegri will not touch either of his strikers. Another chance is being given to Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao, you’ve got to think they are running out of chances at this point.

Predicted Milan XI (3-5-2): Maignan; Tomori, Gabbia, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Fofana, Modric, Rabiot, Estupinan; Leao, Pulisic

  1. Looks like another scandal about to rock the Italian football. Maybe this time around the club that went unpunished and rewarded the last time, even though they were just as guilty if not more, will be penalized accordingly.

    1. Hes not mobile bro. he can only use his left foot. Hes static wing back. I dont think he will be fit for allegri scheme .

  2. Inter president Marrota is the culprit to control
Italian football, he fix matches against the direct rivals and let Inter win games and win Scudetto , he should be removed from power in FIGC‼️

  3. As usual bro.. classic italian football: 3-5-2. Possession only 40%, the team will win the match only 1-0. This is calcio !! Forza milan !
