Christian Pulisic has undergone an MRI scan to determine the extent of the injury he suffered while playing for his national team.
Pulisic was forced off during the first half of the friendly match between the USA and Australia, and it was instantly feared that the forward would be looking at a lengthy lay-off rather than just missing a game or two.

It even came out that Milan are not happy with USA head coach Mauricio Pochettino because of the way he has handled Pulisic during the break. He confirmed that the former Chelsea man was battling an ankle issue, then started him against Australia anyway.
Pulisic injury diagnosis
According to MilanNews, today’s tests revealed a low-grade tear to his right hamstring. The player will be re-valuated in approximately ten days but his recovery time is currently estimated at approximately three weeks.
It is certainly another blow for Massimiliano Allegri to contend with, given that he will most likely now be without Pulisic until after the November international break. What that also means is that he will miss some big games, as will midfielder Adrien Rabiot who also faces around a month out.
In the next month, Milan have games against Fiorentina, Pisa, Atalanta, Roma and Parma before the next break. After the next lot of internationals, the away derby against Inter follows, and it seems an obvious target to aim for that particular fixture as one that he could come back for.

that’s 2 months minimum
LOL. Nope. 🙂
3 weeks from today? He would miss Fiorentina. Pisa, Atalanta, and Roma. He would return against Parma and then hopefully be fit for Inter.
Here is my glass half full. Laeo needs game time, Nkunku needs game time. Now they will both get it. Hopefully after 3 weeks one or both can round into form. In terms of Rabiot…Ricci deserves more game time…this is his chance.. also a weakened Milan should still get 7-8 from those 4 teams. This is not a bad 4 games to miss.
Next man up! Forza
Atalanta and Roma are terrible games to miss. Not many more important matchups (Napoli, Juventus and Inter only aside from them). Roma, while not scoring a lot currently, is in very good form with Gasperini. They have the best defensive record in the division. We’re sorely going to miss both Rabiot and Pulisic in that one.

He will be back just in time for that re*ard Pochettino to play him again when he shouldn’t play.
Dude I was thinking the same thing. Maybe the club’s medical department can contrive to have Puli still in “recovery” during that November break and the be declared fit right after.
If things go well, he’s back in training, he gets a couple of sub appearances in with the national team and then he’s ready to go full speed against Inter.
Well, that’s a blow. Nobody can replace Pulisic in this squad.
