Radiosei: Lazio president in talks with key figure from Milan’s communications department

By Oliver Fisher -

Lazio are looking to snatch Chief Communications Officer Fabio Guadagnini from AC Milan, according to a report.

It was officially announced back in 2017 that the Rossoneri had secured the appointment of Guadagnini as their new Chief Communications Officer.

The 52-year-old journalist was put in charge of the club’s Department of Communications, as well as Milan TV and public relations.

Guadagnini previously worked at Fox Sports in Italy, but left in October 2015 to join the later abandoned bid for the Rome 2024 Olympics.

According to what is being reported by Radiosei (via MilanNews), Lazio president Claudio Lotito is currently looking for new people to enter the communication department of the Biancoceleste to freshen things up.

In this regard, there would have already been a meeting in Formello in the last few days between Lotito and Guadagnini over the potential of a move for the capital.

Lotito’s only doubt, the outlet adds, is the perceived lack of knowledge of the Roman environment on the part of Guadagnini.
