AC Milan clinched zero points in their game against Udinese last night, and with several players struggling, the newspapers didn’t go easy with their player ratings.
It was certainly an evening to forget for Milan and Massimiliano Allegri. We haven’t included his ratings below, but the manager got a 4.5 from Corriere dello Sport and a 4 from Gazzetta dello Sport, which also tells you a lot about the tactics.
The best player across both newspapers was Maignan, who got a 6 from Gazzetta dello Sport and a 5.5 from Corriere dello Sport. Christian Pulisic is also a contender as he got a 6 from the former newspaper, which is what we gave him too.
The worst, meanwhile, was Rafael Leao with 4 and 4.5. Koni De Winter got the same scores so he could be included in the conversation, but most would still probably say that the No.10 was the worst. A summer sale has never felt so realistic indeed.
Other than that, there isn’t too much to note from the ratings. It’s pretty much what you would expect after such a heavy defeat at home.

Leao and Pulisic play like beginers.They disaster last 2months. You can blame Alegri but this 2 players show nothing last 2months. And if we see we not attacker no.9 at all,with this Fullki and Nkunku our managment make thing worst.
Im not sure we will be at first 4 with this team.Only way is Leao and Pulisic rapidly start play better and scores,but im not optimist.
Alegri doing great job with those players who not deserve play here.
Managment make disaster choices and new players nothing show all season,because they just not good.Maybe they can play at some other league but here no.

Playing out of position can do that. Leao is not a CF. We all know it. Allegri insist on playing him there. You saw how he did. Again. Allegri makes the decisions and he should carry the responsibility too.
