Defensa Central: Real Madrid tell scout to closely monitor emerging Milan defender

The emergence of Malick Thiaw has not gone unnoticed and Real Madrid are watching his development closely, a report claims.

According to a report from Defensa Central, the scout who follows the progress of Brahim Díaz while he is on loan at Milan thought it would be appropriate to highlight how impressive the performances of Thiaw have been, especially the two against Spurs.

Several figures in the Real Madrid management very much agree with these assessments and for this reason they have added the German’s name to their wish list and they look for a young defender capable of withstanding the pressure of playing in the Champions League.

His young age (21), his height and the ease he has in one against one situations makes him attractive to the LaLiga side, but the more he impresses the more difficulty there will be for Real when attempting a move.

For this reason, the board have entrusted a scout with ‘exhaustive monitoring’ during several key games this season with the objective of having a basis on which to start a complete follow-up when the 2023-24 campaign starts.
