Relevo: Real Betis and Valencia directors attend Milan-PSG – the details

By Oliver Fisher -

The Champions League match between AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain drew a sell-out crowd but also some interesting attendees from clubs in Spain, a report claims.

Relevo reports that there were a handful of sporting directors from Spanish teams and countless agents at the match on Tuesday night, starting with Giuliano Bertolucci who was in the box looking after the interests of Marquinhos, the captain of PSG. The Italian is also well known for the important intermediaries that he usually provides to clubs.

Also in the Italian city was Kang-In Lee’s Spanish agent Javier Garrido, who after having been in England last week to talk about Javi Guerra arrived in Milan to attend the Champions League match.

There are also some Serie A teams who are keen on the Valencia star Guerra, although at the moment a move to Italy seems complicated, especially due to the amount that Valencia is asking for which is around €50-60m.

Valencia sporting director Miguel Ángel Corona was also seen in the box, obviously to watch the game but perhaps also to discuss some of the market situations. His counterpart at Betis, Ramón Planes, was there and has one eye on the negotiation for Juan Miranda.

There were no direct contacts between Planes and Milan, but it is known that the Rossoneri want him for June on a free and also in January if the transfer fee is around €3m.
