Renato Sanches remains in Milan’s sights for next season and a report has emerged rubbishing the idea he is asking for a very high salary.
Alfredo Pedullà (via MilanNews) reports that Milan have been working for months to try and get their team in place for next season and while working to sign Sven Botman from Lille they are also keen on Renato Sanches to bolster the midfield.
Regarding the rumours that he asked for €7m net per season through his agent Jorge Mendes to sign for Milan, Pedulla adds that such reports are absolutely not true.
Sanches is attracting the interest of other clubs including Juventus, but Milan are confident that they still have an advantage because they moved in January to find an agreement with Lille.
If the player then decides to make other choices when the time comes to it then Milan will simply move to try and find an alternative heir to Franck Kessie.
