Report: Atalanta recover three players for Milan clash but three will miss out

AC Milan are currently preparing for their clash against Atalanta this weekend, which is the penultimate game of the season. The Scudetto is on the line and the away side will be without a few players.

According to TuttoAtalanta, Gian Piero Gasperini will have the likes of Duvan Zapata, Giorgio Scalvini and Jose Palomino back at his disposal for the Milan clash. On the other hand, Rafael Toloi, German Pezzella and Josip Ilicic will miss out.

Having Zapata back is obviously a huge boost for the Atalanta manager, who’s under pressure to at least secure European football for the Bergamo side. Should he fail to do so, then he could be sacked this summer.

This makes the clash a very important one for both sides and it will be in front of a packed San Siro. Milan, with a win, would be one step closer to the Scudetto and could even secure it depending on Inter’s game afterwards.
