Despite the rumours of a slowdown in recent days, it seems Zlatan Ibrahimovic will remain at Milan for next season. The Swede has already made a decision on his future and the Rossoneri know this, a report claims.
The 38-year-old’s contract will expire at the end of the month and Milan have been in negotiations with his agent, Mino Raiola, to extend it. After what has been a successful second spell at the club thus far, it’s not strange that they want to keep him.
According to Vito Angele, the Rossoneri already have a gentleman’s agreement with Ibrahimovic for the renewal, which they made before the vacation. The striker has made it known that he wants to stay at the club and this should be the outcome.
The contract renewal will be signed once he returns from his vacation, in order words, before the pre-season starts. The partnership should thus continue for another year, which was expected.
