Milan’s priorities for the January transfer window, which will open in two days, have been made very clear: a centre-back and perhaps a midfielder will be signed. However, a striker shouldn’t be ruled out.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is currently recovering from his injury and there have been several reports on the Rossoneri’s situation without him. Ante Rebic and Rafael Leao can play in the centre-forward role, but they have both failed to impress thus far.
According to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, Milan have added Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha to their wish list. Just a few days ago, Daniele Longo confirmed this but also stated that the Ivorian’s price tag is too hefty for the club.
Meanwhile, as Konur continues, the Rossoneri also face fierce competition from Everton and Arsenal in the race. The latter, in fact, are even ‘set to make an official offer’ to Crystal Palace for the 26-year-old attacker.
