Report: Real Madrid striker destined to leave and is picking between Milan and Monaco

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of two teams who have made a concrete offer for Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic, according to a report.

The Rossoneri have been widely tipped to sign a centre-forward in the summer window, but whereas before it was assumed that it would be a replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, now it seems that it would be a deputy as the Swede looks set to say.

Links with Real Madrid’s Jovic have been constant over the past couple of months after a difficult season since his big-money arrival from Eintracht Frankfurt last year.

According to the Todofichajes.com website, Jovic has received two concrete proposals, with one from Milan and the other from Ligue 1 Monaco, who recently hired ex-Eintracht bos Niko Kovac.

Jovic appears very undecided about the choice. Milan are a prestigious club where he would also reunite with his close friend Ante Rebic, but the possibility of being behind Ibrahimovic in the pecking order does not appeal.

Monaco on the other hand would reunite him with Kovac, who wants to make him the focal point of the attack. The Spanish outlet is convinced that Jovic will go on loan in September. Milan, however, have lost ground in the last few weeks.
