Reports: Chelsea man holding out for Milan move amid Crystal Palace interest

By Isak Möller -

The future of Tiemoue Bakayoko is yet to be decided and continues to be a hot topic of discussion. Milan have been heavily linked with the midfielder as of late but the negotiations have slowed down in the last few days.

According to Daniele Longo, however, the deal is still on even though the clubs haven’t reached an agreement. Crystal Palace are also interested in Bakayoko, who spent the 2018/19 season on loan at Milan and thus wants to return.

As added by Nico Schira, there were new contacts between the 26-year-old and the Rossoneri on Sunday. Bakayoko is very keen on a return and reached an agreement on the personal terms with Paolo Maldini in late June.

Crystal Palace and Real Betis have also proved the ground in recent days, but the Frenchman is holding out for Milan. Therefore, it’s now up to the latter to reach an agreement on the buy-out clause with Chelsea.
