Reports: Leeds United rivalling Milan in pursuit of €80m-rated duo – the details

By Oliver Fisher -

Premier League side Leeds United are reportedly eyeing two players that AC Milan have been strongly linked with in recent weeks.

The Daily Telegraph are claiming Leeds want Brighton defender Ben White to join on a permanent deal, but if not then SC Freiburg defender and Germany international Robin Koch is an alternative.

Il Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) recently reported that Koch is still among the profiles monitored by the Milan management, as well as Napoli and also Lazio.

The Telegraph claim that it will take around £30m to sign Koch, which converts to around €33m.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail are reporting that Milan, Leeds and Fulham are all interested in signing Florentino Luis from Benfica, who would cost around £42.5m when factoring in loan fee plus option/obligation to buy, so around €47m.

Florentino has been repeatedly linked with a move to Milan since the winter transfer window when talks were first held, and rumours are persisting that he is a target for Maldini and sporting director Massara.
