Reports: Mandzukic rejects four offers and only wants Milan – the Rossoneri are reflecting

By Oliver Fisher -

Mario Mandzukic has given the green light to complete a move to AC Milan with the ball now resting firmly in the Rossoneri’s court, reports claim.

According to the information we have received from Pietro Balzano Prota, confirmations on Mandzukic’s candidacy have arrived and Milan are considering a contract until June.

Not only that, but it would be a six-month deal with the possibility of discussing it again at the end of the season, meaning he could become a valuable deputy to Ibrahimovic for the time being and stay beyond that.

Calciomercato.com’s Daniele Longo reports that Mandzukic has said yes to the idea of a move to Milan, with the management assessing the situation. Nothing is yet defined, but the negotiation goes on.

Meanwhile, according to what is being reported by Sportitalia journalist Alfredo Pedulla, Mario Mandzukic has said no to four offers in the last three weeks, even two-year contracts.

His reason for doing so is simple: he only wants to join Milan, and help the club in its pursuit of a first league title in 10 years.
