Reports: Milan eye 30-year-old Barcelona man to replace star; Chelsea and Arsenal keen

AC Milan are ready to make a move for Barcelona goalkeeper Neto if Gianluigi Donnarumma leaves the club in the summer, a report claims.

Donnarumma’s current contract with the Rossoneri is set to expire in June 2021, meaning Milan have found themselves at a crossroads regarding his future just as they did back in 2017.

Elliott Management must try and find a renewal before the start of next season or strongly consider selling the 21-year-old, so as not to run the risk of losing him for free in one year’s time.

Mundo Deportivo on Sunday report that Milan are planning for life without Donnarumma though as they are eyeing Barcelona back-up Neto.

The report adds though that Valencia, Sevilla and Atletico Madrid are all also keen however, and the Express in England add that both Arsenal and Chelsea are also keen on a move for the 30-year-old.

Neto joined the Catalan giants last summer but has only made four appearances in all competitions as Marc-Andre ter Stegen’s deputy.
