Reports: Pellegri to Milan is a done deal – agreement reached on initial loan deal

AC Milan are ready to complete yet another signing after securing the services of Alessandro Florenzi just yesterday. In fact, only the medical and signature is missing for the arrival of Pietro Pellegri.

The news broke just a few minutes ago as Monaco have given the final go-ahead for the transfer of Pellegri. This was reported be the credible Fabrizio Romano and Anto Vitiello, confirming that it will be a loan deal initially.

Milan will pay €1m for the loan and the option to buy is set at €6m. It could turn into an obligation if certain condoitions are met, while there will also be another €1m in bonuses. Given Pellegri’s potential, it’s a good signing for the Rossoneri.

They only have Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the centre-forward role currently and it’s safe to say they aren’t exactly getting any younger. The addition of the 20-year-old will thus also be good for the future.
