The Mehdi Taremi to AC Milan rumours have sparked up again, and the player is reportedly pushing to move to Italy before the window closes.
It was reported by Luca Bianchin this morning that a new attempt was made by Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada last week to try and get Taremi to Milan, but Porto are still asking for €15-20m in order to sell.
According to the latest from Sacha Tavolieri, the situation ‘never changed in the player’s mind’ and he wants to join Milan. Personal terms have already been agreed in principle, and Taremi would sign a four-year deal.
The Iran international is open to the move and wants to join the Rossoneri. Talks are ongoing to decrease the asking price from Porto – which is €30m – in the last days of the window but they have not budged yet.
Meanwhile, Guillaume MP of Eurosport and formerly Gianluca Di Marzio’s team confirms that Taremi is ‘really pushing to come to AC Milan’. This has been relayed to relatives but also to the leaders of Porto.
He hopes that the situation will be resolved by the end of the transfer window and that he will get the move he wants.
