Reports: Vlasic not in training with CSKA Moscow amid rumours of imminent €25m Milan move

Speculation that Nikola Vlasic is set to join AC Milan from CSKA Moscow continues to grow as the player has reportedly not shown up for training.

There are a number of sources now suggesting that Milan have a very concrete interested in signing Vlasic and that the deal is moving along quickly. Journalist Ekrem Konur for example is reporting that Milan have an agreement in principle with the 23-year-old attacking midfielder.

He adds that during talks with CSKA Moscow, it was agreed that he would be loaned out with a €25m option to buy, and that the Croatia international is set to arrive in Italy soon in order to formalise the move.

According to the latest from Russian Football News, Vlasic has not shown up at CSKA’s training camp today. The players were due to report as those involved in the European Championships only had a short holiday due to the fact that the Russian Premier League season resumes on July 22.
