Repubblica: Milan, Juventus and Roma interested in bring PSG striker back to Serie A

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are still interested in signing striker Mauro Icardi from Paris Saint-Germain, according to a report.

It seems as though the centre-forward department is the elephant in the room for Milan at the moment, due to the fact they have two strikers both under contract until June in Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Mario Mandzukic and at the time of writing it is unknown whether either will remain for next season.

Multiple sources have suggested in the last few days that the management want to sign a young centre-forward this summer to deputise Ibra, who is looking more and more like staying for another season.

According to what is being reported by La Repubblica (via Calciomercato.com), Milan could in fact go for a guaranteed Serie A goal scorer in Icardi. The paper claims that the Argentine represents a summer target for Juventus, Milan and Roma, with the Giallorossi particularly active on this front in recent weeks.
