RMC Sport: Milan have €10m bid accepted for 21-year-old midfielder but will loan him out

AC Milan have had a bid accepted for Bordeaux midfielder Yacine Adli but he will not join up with the club this summer, a report claims.

According to the latest from RMC Sport (via GFNF), the Ligue 1 side have accepted a €10m bid from Milan for Adli that was placed earlier today, with a positive conclusion now having been reached after weeks of negotiations.

However, he will not join up with his new club immediately as the 21-year-old Franco-Algerian will be loaned back to Bordeaux for the rest of the 2021-22 campaign to continue his development there, eventually arriving with the Rossoneri next summer therefore.

It comes after Tuttosport (via MilanNews) reported over the weekend that Milan could launch one last push to sign Adli before the window slams shut. He can play both as a central midfielder and as an attacking midfielder, meaning he is a profile that the management are fond of given his age, potential and his versatility.
