RMC Sport: Milan target Rabiot offered eye-watering €20m per year SPL deal – the details

By Ben Dixon -

All summer, AC Milan have been attempting to make a move for Adrien Rabiot, and in the past few days, their chances have faded massively. Today, a report has claimed a new offer has been made to the Frenchman, one that makes the Rossoneri’s look feeble.

Milan’s story of the summer has been their midfield. Throughout the past few months, they have been intertwined with links to several midfielders, but when they found their match, they pursued him heavily.

Of course, we are speaking about Youssouf Fofana here, and after a lot of hard work and a few extra bids, they landed their man. In many ways, you can argue the links to Rabiot are similar.

Whilst the Fofana story was unwinding, reports suggested the Diavolo were also interested in his France teammate, Rabiot, whose contract was expiring at the end of last season. Although Juventus tried, the midfielder wanted to explore a new opportunity, and Milan made an attempt.

However, it was reported that yesterday, he has said no to the proposals of the Rossoneri, with him dreaming of a move to Barcelona. This may change today, though, as the Frenchman has been approached by Al Nassr, according to a report from RMC Sport (via Milan News).

The reports suggests that the Saudi Pro League club has offered an eye-watering €20 million per season deal, which trumps any offer that the Diavolo or anyone else has put forward.

  1. Saudi clubs aren’t exactly known for common sense..
Tell me, how is Al Nassr able to afford that kinda offer? They sure as fûck didn’t earn that money on the pitch

      1. Exactly! My man nailed it. RCL as CAM again and again, so many chances and zero contributions. Meanwhile Adli and Maldini get shipped away for good. So insulting from Fonseca.

  2. I thought his goal was to stay relevant for Les Blues ? Saudia is hardly the way to do that. He didn’t even get called up this time.
