Romano: Milan ‘have left talks’ over Adama Traore and have ‘different priorities’

AC Milan have declared themselves out of the race to sign Adama Traore as they are focusing on other profiles at the moment, a report claims.

According to the latest from Fabrizio Romano, Milan ‘have left talks’ over Traoré who will not join because the management have ‘different priorities’ at the moment, with other profiles for the right wing sought.

He could still end up in Serie A though because AS Roma have been kept informed on the conditions of a potential deal but have made no formal bid at this stage, meaning Traore remains available as a free agent.

The Spanish winger made 40 total appearances for Wolves last season in which he amassed three goals and two assists. He also had a disappointing loan spell with Barcelona in 2021-22, and now is looking for a new club to relaunch his career at the age of 27, but it will not be Milan.
