Romano: Milan among clubs scouting Guardian Top 60 talent in Liberia

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of multiple clubs who are scouting talented young midfielder Divine Teah, according to what is being reported by Fabrizio Romano.

Milan have shown in the recent past that they like to get ahead of the game when it comes to signing young players with big potential from abroad, as Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw in the first team show.

Dariusz Stalmach, Milos Kerkez, Jan-Carlo Simic and Alexander Simmelhack have all been recruited for the Primavera among others, which demonstrates that investment in the youth sector is also a priority as the new director Vincenzo Vergine said.

According to Fabrizio Romano, several clubs are tracking 17-year-old midfielder Divine Teah who plays for Nimba FC and the Liberian national team.

Milan are one of them, as well as Gent, Sporting CP and Bayer Leverkusen who are all described as ‘keeping close eye on him’.

Back on 11 October this year, he was named by English newspaper The Guardian as one of the top 60 players born in 2006 worldwide.
