AC Milan are working on tying up a deal for Hakan Calhanoglu after completing the Soualiho Meite operation, according to a report.
According to the latest from Fabrizio Romano, Soualiho Meité will join Milan on loan with an option to buy from Torino, confirmed and done deal.
Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reported on Twitter earlier today that Meïte will join Milan for a total of €10million. The structure of the deal will be as follows: a loan until the end of the season for which Milan will pay €500k, with an option to buy inserted for €8million plus €1.5million in potential bonuses.
Meanwhile, Romano adds that talks are on also to extend the contract of Hakan Calhanoglu, whose current deal is set to expire in June 2021.
His agent Gordon Stipic was in Italy earlier this week to hold talks with the management, which all major sources have reported were ‘positive’.
