Saelemaekers: "Roma were difficult team to face, everyone did their homework"

Alexis Saelemaekers has insisted that Milan’s game plan against Roma worked perfectly and allowed them to earn ‘three fundamental points’.

The Rossoneri prevailed at the Stadio Olimpico and moved eight points clear of Roma and back to four points off top with a 2-1 win thanks to goals from Franck Kessie and Ante Rebic,.

“It was very important for us, we did what we had to do. We worked hard and the three points were fundamental,” he said.
