AC Milan and Inter are expected to unveil the design for the new San Siro in the summer, with fan feedback currently being taken on board.
The stadium saga has been a long one for the Milanese clubs, without a doubt, but there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel. The construction may not have started, but work is fully underway on the design of the new home.

As per various reports and the words of club officials, the design should be unveiled in the summer, most likely before July. This will give the fans (and public in general) a first glimpse of how the finished product could look, with some modifications expected along the way.
Fans get their say
One interesting thing is that Milan have sent out a survey to ask the fans for their feedback on the design. It takes a rather detailed approach as the questions are also about how to honour the San Siro stadium’s memory, how much they should prioritise concession stands and so on.
In short, it’s a way for the clubs and the architectural firms to understand what is actually desired by the fans. The design process was ongoing even before the survey, of course, but it will definitely help the involved parties to get the finishing touches right (the most important ones).

I would love to have red roof again, but I wonder if Inter would go for it!?
I wish both clubs have their separate stadiums. The idea to share a stadium don’t feel right to me.
