AC Milan’s CEO Paolo Scaroni has spoken about the decision to postpone the game, and it is fair to say he isn’t happy likely due to the scheduling factors.
The process to postpone the game is challenging, considering the game may not be able to be played until April 2025. Nevertheless, it is a decision that has been made, and Milan must not let it distract them from things.
Speaking after the ending of the meeting, Paolo Scaroni gave his thoughts on the decision, and his frustration at the decision was very clear.
“In my opinion it’s an incomprehensible decision. The mayor has refused to play the game behind closed doors. I don’t understand why but the game has been officially postponed.”

The same postponed game against Bologna cost Inter scudetto.
Why not flip the fixture make the game a home game for Milan, play the reverse next year
The league as a mid-week in mind, but that mid-week won’t happen if Bologna or Milan make it to the next rounds of the UCL.
So I guess it means the league wants both teams out of the UCL by the time that date rolls by?
