Manuel Ugarte has been offered to several Italian clubs, including AC Milan, by his agent amid a potential summer move, a report claims.
Ugarte is a name that has been mentioned in the Milan environment before. Back when he played for Sporting Lisbon, the Rossoneri were monitoring his growth and also held talks with his agent, Jorge Mendes. In the end, however, the price tag was too high.

The defensive midfielder joined Paris Saint-Germain instead, before moving to Manchester United a year later (in 2024). He hasn’t exactly played loads this season, though, with just seven starts and 915 minutes spread across 23 appearances.
Mendes is working on a move
According to Nico Schira, Ugarte’s agent – the aforementioned Mendes – is now working on a potential move for the summer. He has offered the 25-year-old’s services to several Italian clubs, namely Juventus, Napoli and Milan.
There are currently no concrete talks between Milan and Man Utd, nor with Mendes for that matter, but they could perhaps evaluate the matter if the price is right. The latter will likely be the main roadblock to a potential deal, but it’s hard to say right now.
Of course, Milan’s priority will be to reinforce the defence and the attack this summer, since the midfield is already in decent shape.

Ugarte is simply too limited in his skills.
Yes, and the story is fabricated by Jorge Mendes, 100%. He does this all the time to increase interest in his players.
I accidentally cliccked post. Anyway, Schira would sell his mom for 500€, so I’m not surprised he is the one putting the “news” out.
I’m sure they can find similarly bad players for a few M €. He is a DM that can’t play football. Milan has 4 DMs in current squad and Goretzka might be no. 5. Nobody at Milan is interested in Ugarte.
Allegri clearly want a offensive midfielder that can score goals. We already got Modric, Jashari and Ricci who all can play as the no 6/regista.
